The K-Bay/ Barrie Open has quickly become one of the top age group/ high school tournaments in Canada with over 500 athletes attending annually. The first Saturday in January, this tournament features top competition from across North America. The tournament features action on 8 mat surfaces and has athletes from the youth divisions right on up to and including high school. Previous teams who have attended include the Team Pennsylvania, Montreal Wrestling Club, Rebels Wrestling Club (Alberta), Lakehead Wrestling Club and many more.
One of the top features of the tournament is the amazing coaches lunch provided by our amazing chef Ann Marie Goorts. With more than 25 teams and 500+ athletes, this tournament should definitely be on your schedule for next year.
